• Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and with packaging intact, if applicable).
The request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Return Procedure
Show your receipt or proof of purchase at time of request.
Items can be returned directly to the store during opening hours or sent to the address indicated on our site, the return costs being the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
• Refund
Refunds are made by the same payment method used during purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error or defective item.
• Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the availability of items in stock.
If the item requested in exchange is not available, a credit or refund will be offered.
• Exceptions
Promotional items, personalized products or used items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Damage caused by incorrect use or improper maintenance will not be covered.
